چکیده

Background Data suggest that Aboriginal people may experience lower rates of food allergy compared with the general population. However, there have not been any population-based studies to estimate the prevalence of food allergy among Aboriginal People in Canada. Given this gap in the literature, the goal of this study is to estimate the prevalence of food allergy among Canadian Aboriginal people (First Nations, Métis or Inuit), and to compare these estimates with the general population.
